Verbs ending in -onar follow the conjugation pattern of regular verbs in -ar except for alternation in stem "o" -> "ue" in 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 3rd in imperative, indicative and subjunctive present: sonar / suena, atronar / atruena, except for personar and its derivatives, malsonar, unisonar, apisonar, arrequesonarse, artesonar. The verbs tronar, retronar, atronar follow this conjugation pattern. The verb tonar and its derivatives are regular: detonar / detona
