Verbs mecer, vencer and its derivatives, verbs ending in -ercer (ex. ejercer) follow conjugation pattern of regular verbs in -er except for alternation of "c" to "z" before "o" or "a" in 1st person of indicative present (venzo), all persons in subjunctive present (venza, venzas…) and 1st pers. pl. and 3rd pers. sg. and pl. of imperative (venza, venzamos, venzan)
